  • Dorset Council have confirmed that elections for six Town Councillor vacancies will be held on 8 August 2024 to represent Wimborne Town Ward
  • There are seven nominees standing for six vacancies
  • Those eligible to vote include residents and business owners on the Electoral Register – if you are unsure whether you are on the register you can check with Dorset Council Elections Team
  • There are two polling stations – Allendale House is for all residents with an electoral register number reference WIM 1 – 1 to  WIM 1-3159 and Leigh Park Community Centre / Family Hub with an electoral register number reference WIM 2 – 1 to WIM 2 -143
