Many of you will have noticed that the large Chestnut Tree in Redcotts Recreation Ground has been felled.

The tree was diseased and therefore a great concern safety wise for all that use the Recreation Ground and neighbouring residents.

The felling of the tree was taken under advisement off a professional tree surgeon with 42 years of experience. We are looking to replace the tree.
